摘  要:目的研究麻杏石甘汤水煎液中Ca、Mg、Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn等6种无机元素的溶出及不同化学性态分布。方法应用0.45μm微孔滤膜进行初级形态分离,D401型螯合树脂、732型阳离子交换树脂和三氯甲烷萃取法进行次级化学形态分离,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)对各元素不同形态的含量进行测定。结果麻杏石甘汤水煎液中无机元素可溶态分布比例Ca最高为63.84%,可溶态中的各种次级形态以游离的无机态为主,也有少量的有机结合态,Fe的有机态分布比例最高,为38.53%,Ca次之为18.91%。结论麻杏石甘汤水煎液中无机元素以可溶态的Ca为主成分元素,其他多种元素形态共同存在的复杂水溶体系。Objective A method for speciation analysis of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn in Maxingshigan Decoction was presented.Methods Different forms of the elements in the filtrate were separated by using ionexchange resin(IER),chelating resin and organic solvent extraction.Various forms of Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).Results 63.84% of Ca was presented in dissolved form in the extract.The ion form was much more than any other forms such as organic form.38.53% of Fe and 18.91% of Ca were presented in organic form in the dissolved filtrate.Conclusion Maxingshigan Decoction extract was a kind of complex solution,in which soluble Ca was the principal constituent of mineral elements and many kinds of elements were presented in different forms.
