光皮木瓜药材质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的提高光皮木瓜药材质量控制标准。方法采用显微鉴别法对光皮木瓜中的特征性细胞及内含物进行鉴别;采用薄层色谱法对光皮木瓜药材进行鉴别;采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定光皮木瓜中齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量。结果光皮木瓜粉末显微鉴别特征性强;薄层鉴别斑点清晰,分离度好;HPLC法测定齐墩果酸、熊果酸含量,方法简便、准确、重复性好。结论建立了光皮木瓜粉末显微鉴别、药材薄层鉴别、含量测定方法,为光皮木瓜质量标准提高提供了实验依据。Objective To improve the quality control standard of Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus.Methods Identifying characteristic cells and inclusion in Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus by microscopical identification;identifying Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus by TLC,determining the oleanolic acid andursolic acid contents in Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus by RP-HPLC.Results The powder microscopical identification could identify the characteristic cells and inclusion specifically,the characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific,the method of contents determination by HPLC was simple,accurate and reproducible.Conclusion The methods of powder microscopical identification,TLC and contents determination on Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus are established.It provided the experiment basis for improving the quality standard of Chaenomeles Sinensis Fructus.
