摘 要:选用5kW横流CWCO2激光器,以熔覆CoNiCrWC复合涂层为研究,通过自制的微锻造机构,在激光熔覆的同时进行高频微锻造作用熔覆层。利用金相显微镜观察涂层裂纹形貌,SEM观察微锻造对激光熔凝层表面组织及开裂行为的影响。结果表明:高频微锻造可使激光熔覆表面合金层产生塑性变形,激光熔覆层特有的明显而规则枝状结晶组织被锻碎,激光熔覆层的开裂行为明显好转。This text adopted self-made micro-forging machine to treat CoNiCrWC composite alloy,using cross-flow 5kW CW CO2 laser to clad CoNiCrWC composite coatings,and having high-frequency micro-forging proccessing on the cladding simultaneously.Optical Microscopy(OM) was used to study geometric characteristic of plastic deformation,SEM(Scanning Electric Microscope) to observe influence on surface microstructure and cracking behavior of the laser cladding layer under micro-forging.The results show that:plastic deformation is produced on the surfaceof laser cladding alloy layer after high-frequency micro-forging,the rule and dendritic crystal structure which is specific for laser cladding layer is forged into pieces,the cracking behavior of laser cladding layer significantly improved.
