摘　　要：在网络融合的新趋势下,如何提供多样化、个性化、一体化的网络信息增值服务以满足不断增长的用户需求是网络信息增值服务相关企业和政府亟待解决的问题,科学的发展模式是促进网络信息增值服务发展的关键,探索适合中国网络信息增值服务业发展的新模式势在必行。通过分析中国网络信息增值服务业的状况并总结现存问题,根据产业链和价值链理论,提出了网络融合环境下的网络信息产业发展模式,并从五个方面展开详实的阐述。How to provide diversified,personal and integrated network information value-added services to meet the growing needs of the users is the problem demanding urgent solution for companies and the government on networks convergence.Scientific development model is the key to the development of network information value-added services.This paper analyzes and sums up weaknesses of network information value-added services in china,and expatiates the development model of information value-added services from five aspects according to industry chain and value chain theory.
