摘　　要：本文对高等师范专科学校主动适应社会主义现代化发展的需要,对应培养目标,完成职前培训,提早进入角色,建立模式和培养学生职业能力途径与方法作了较详细的诉述和说明,对高师完成双重任务,培养学生职业能力提供参考。This paper focus on how can normal college adapt socialist modernization and make training objective,how to finish pre-ser-vice training and ready to work. We are looking for a newmethod to strengthen students＇ vocational ability. This paper will give the details and explanation of the method ,as well as some advice for strengthening students＇ vocational ability and finishing double tasks.
