摘 要:目的:探讨1.5T磁共振成像仪对荷VX2肿瘤新西兰大白兔磁共振检查影像技术的方法。方法:新西兰大白兔分别采用脑脊液、嚼肌、经颈内动脉颅内、肝脏种植建立荷瘤兔。采用GE1.5T超导磁共振仪分别行平扫及增强扫描,对全部图像资料用GEADW4.2工作站进行综合分析,根据图像质量分为A、B、C分级评估图像质量。结果:多数动物获得满意图像。A级图像47次占75.8%,B级图像9次占14.5%,C级图像6次9.7%。结论:应用合适的技术参数,1.5T超导核磁共振能够获取满意的实验动物图像。Objective:To study the method of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging in VX2 tumors of New Zealand white rabbits. Methods:New Zealand white rabbits were induced tumor by inoculated suspension of VX2 tumor cells through cerebrospinal fluid,muscles masseter,internal carotid artery,liver. MRI scanning and image processing were performed using the 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system and GE ADW 4.2 workstation. The images were evaluated and classified in A,B,C categories according imaging quality. Results:In majority bearing tumor rabbit,high quality image were acquired. Grade A were 47 cases (75.8%),Grade B were 9 cases (14.5%) and Grade C were 6 cases (9.7%). Conclusion:1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging system can acquired high quality image of bearing tumor rabbits by using suitable technical parameters.
