摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性护理干预对农村糖尿病患者糖尿病足就医行为的影响。方法:采用自行设计的问卷分别调查系统性护理干预前和干预后农村糖尿病患者对发生糖尿病足时就医行为的认知情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:系统性护理干预后糖尿病患者糖尿病足的早期就医行为明显高于干预前(P<0.01)。结论:对农村糖尿病患者采取系统性护理干预,可以强化预防糖尿病足的健康教育,及时有效的了解农村糖尿病患者糖尿病足的早期变化,降低足部溃疡的发生率。Objective：To investigate the impact of systematic nursing intervention on the behavior of rural diabetic patients with diabetic foot to seek medical service.Methods：The self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on the cognition and awareness of rural patients with diabetic foot to seek medical service before and after systematic nursing intervention and the data were statistically analyzed.Results：The behavior of the rural diabetic patients to seek early medical service were much better after systematic nursing intervention than before the intervention（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The systematic nursing intervention on rural diabetic patients can strengthen the health education on prevention of diabetic foot so as to help them timely and effectively find the early changes of diabetes foot and reduce the incidence of foot ulcers.
