摘　　要：目的:探讨硝酸甘油贴膜局部皮肤贴敷加穴位按压促使心绞痛康复的效果及有效的护理方法。方法:将96例心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上采用硝酸甘油贴膜局部皮肤贴敷加至阳穴穴位按压。两组均治疗10d为一疗程,连续治疗两个疗程观察临床效果。结果:两组整体疗效差异有统计学意义,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硝酸甘油贴膜局部皮肤贴敷加至阳穴穴位按压具有很快促使心绞痛患者康复的效果,对患者用药前及饮食起居护理至关重要。Objective：To explore the effect of localized skin sticking with Nitroglycerin patch combined with Zhiyang point acupressure in promoting the rehabilitation of angina and the effective nursing methods.Methods：96 patients with angina were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（48 cases for each group）.The patients in the control group received conventional therapy and the patients in the observation group were treated with localized skin sticking with Nitroglycerin patch combined with Zhiyang point acupressure based on conventional therapy.10 days were taken as a treatment course and the clinical effect of treatment was observed after two treatment courses.Results：The effect was better in the observation group than that in the control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The localized skin sticking with Nitroglycerin patch combined with Zhiyang point acupressure has a quick effect in promoting the rehabilitation of angina and it is very important for nursing care to focus on diet and daily activities before the patients take medicine.
