摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生存质量的影响。方法:将78例乳腺癌患者随机分为实验组45例和对照组33例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予护理干预。3周后比较两组患者干预前后的心理指标变化情况。结果:实验组患者干预后CHLC、PHLC得分与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组干预后SDS得分与干预前、干预后对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预可缓解乳腺癌患者术后抑郁情绪,提高其生存质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of breast cancer patients after surgery.Methods： 78 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into experimental group（n = 45） and control group（n = 33）.The patients in the control group received routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were given extra nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.After 3 weeks,the change of psychological values of the patients was compared before and after the intervention between the two groups.Results： The differences in the comparison of the scores of CHLC and PHLC were statistically significant before and after the intervention in the experimental group（P 0.01）;SDS scores after the intervention were significantly different in the experimental group compared with the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can relieve depression of breast cancer patients and improve their quality of life.
