摘　　要：目的:探讨功能锻炼路径手册在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法:将160例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各80例,实验组应用功能锻炼路径手册,对照组采用传统健康教育方法。评价两组患者患肢肩关节活动度、康复知识掌握率、遵医行为、护理工作满意度。结果:实验组患肢肩关节活动度、康复知识掌握率、遵医行为、护理工作满意度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:功能锻炼路径手册可有效提高乳腺癌手术患者的健康教育质量。Objective： To investigate the application effect of the manual of functional training pathway on the patients after breast cancer surgery.Methods： 160 patients who had underwent breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into experimental and control groups（80 cases for each group）.The manual of functional training pathway was applied in the experimental group and conventional methods of health education were used in the control group.The mobility of the affected shoulder joint,the rate of grasping the knowledge of rehabilitation,compliance behavior and the degree of satisfaction with the work of nurses were evaluated in both groups.Results： The differences in the comparison of mobility of the affected shoulder joint of the patients,the rate of grasping the knowledge of rehabilitation,compliance behavior and the degree of satisfaction with the work of nurses were statistically significant between the two groups（P 0.01）.Conclusion： The manual of functional training pathway can effectively improve the quality of health education for the patients after breast cancer surgery.
