摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节镜下自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱移植双束重建膝关节后外侧角(PLC)患者围术期的护理方法。方法:对21例自体半腱肌和股薄肌腱移植双束重建PLC手术患者,积极做好术前护理、术后护理、功能锻炼、出院指导。结果:本组随访12～31个月,平均26.7个月,屈膝活动均达到120°～130°;Lysholm膝关节评分为88～100分,平均89.2分。结论:加强围术期护理是确保膝关节镜手术顺利进行的关键。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the double-bundel reconstruction of posterolateral corner of knee by grafting autogenous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon under arthroscope.Methods： Careful nursing care was given to 21 patients with double-bundel reconstruction of posterolateral corner of knee by grafting autogenous semitendinosus and gracilis tendon,including preoperative and postoperative nursing care,functional training and guidance on the discharge.Results： The curvature of knee＇s activity of the patients could reach 120 °～130 ° according to the follow-up for 12 to 31 months and averagely 26.7 months.Lysholm scores of knees were 88 to 100,averagely 89.2 points.Conclusions： Strengthening periop-erative nursing care is the key to the smooth progress of knee arthroscopic surgery.
