疏肝育阴活血法治疗中年妇女功能性便秘的临床报告

摘　　要：目的评价用疏肝育阴活血法治疗中年女性功能性便秘的疗效及安全性。方法收集在2006年8月至2009年3月在我院门诊及住院的中年女性功能性便秘的患者的109例,将她们随机分为2组,中药组55例和西药组54例。结果中药组总有效率为83.85%,西药组为56.35%,2组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论疏肝育阴活血法治疗中年女性功能性便秘具有安全性、有效性。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the merhanism of liver,yin-nourishing,blood-removving therapies middle-aged women on functional consitipation.Methods 109 patients of middle-aged women on functional consitipation in our hospital from Augest,2006 to May,2009.They were randomly divided into 2groups：TCM group and cisapride group.Results The results showed that TCM group（the total effective rate was 83.85%）are superior than that cisapride group（56.35%）（P0.05）. Conclusion It is a safe,efficacy stable method to therapies with merhanism of liver,yin-nourishing,blood-removving。
