摘　　要：目的探讨性激素检测在女性不孕症诊断中的应用,并对女性激素在生殖内分泌中的意义进行讨论。方法对254例原发不孕患者进行生殖激素6项检测。分3组:卵泡期116例,排卵期56例,黄体期82例。使用固液相标记免疫发光技术检测。同时收集在平时体检中在卵泡期、排卵期和黄体期的生殖健康者各100名,也行FSH、LH、E2、P、PRL、T生殖激素6项检测,作为正常对照。结果女性原发不孕患者6项激素测定结果和血清生殖激素正常参考值不同时期相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在女性不孕症中,生殖内分泌因素占重要地位。Objective To investigate the sex hormone test in the diagnosis of female infertility,and women in the reproductive endocrine hormones in the sense discussed.Methods 254 cases of primary infertility patients of reproductive hormones 6 detection. Divided into 3 groups：116 cases of follicular phase,ovulation period of 56 cases,82 cases of luteal phase. The use of solid-liquid phase labeled immunoassay detected light.At the same time collected in the normal physical examination in the follicular phase, ovulation and luteal phase of the reproductive health of 100 persons,but also FSH,LH,E2,P,PRL,T reproductive hormones six tests as normal controls.Results Women with primary infertility patients six hormones measured results and serum reproductive hormones compared with normal reference values at different times,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion In female infertility, reproductive endocrine factors that account for an important position.
