摘　　要：将活塞的密封圈设置在制动平衡滑块顶端,并在与制动平摘衡滑块回位弹簧相应的壳体底面部位上开设若干制动平衡气孔,使之进入部分制动平衡气,增加制动平衡滑块的平衡截面。这样一来,不仅提高了操纵性能,踏板踩多少就有多少制动力;而且缓解了粗暴制动,重车时不易破刹车毂,空载时车轮不抱死,轮胎磨损小、使用寿命长;能大大消除安全隐患,确保行驶安全,降低交通事故,通过试用,效果极佳。Piston seal ring is placed on the top of braking skid; a couple of air vents are opened on the bottom surface of shell corresponding to return spring, which allows some air intake so as to increase cross sectional area of braking skid. As a result, maneuverability is improved, braking force induced is directly related to force applied to pedal; rough braking is also relieved, braking rim is more resistive for damage under heavy load, and tyre does not lock up under no load; abrasion of tyre is reduced so that service life enhanced; safety risks are significantly eliminated so that safety driving guaranteed and accidents reduced. The component has passed testing with excellent performance.
