摘  要:在微山县的新薛河河口建设了生物岛栅,通过中试考察了其对轻度污染的新薛河河水的净化效果,并与生物浮岛进行了对比。床体全部为土压实结构,底部铺设防渗膜,上面为50cm厚的土壤层,床体底部长为8.4 m、宽为2 m,围堰高为80 cm,边坡系数为1∶1,底部坡度为1%;采用穿孔管均匀布水,进水负荷设定为8 cm/d;生物岛栅以竹子作为漂浮载体,其上栽培香蒲,底部悬挂高强度、耐腐蚀的弹性立体填料(生物栅)。为期8个月的运行结果表明,生物岛栅对COD、氨氮、总氮、总磷的去除率分别为34%、50%、58%、36%,处理效果显著好于生物浮岛,这主要是微生物作用的结果。生物岛栅的出水水质基本能达到地表水Ⅲ类标准,因而将生物岛栅用于处理南水北调东线的污染河水是可行的。A biological island grid was constructed at the estuary of Xinxue River in Weishan County. The purification effect of slightly polluted water from Xinxue River by the island grid was investigated in a pilot test and compared with that by the biological floating island. The bed is a 50-cm layer of compacted soil with the length of 8.4 m and width of 2 m at the bottom with the impermeable plastic membrane. The height of cofferdam is 80 cm with the slope coefficient of 1 : 1 and the base slope gradi- ent of 1%. The effluent is distributed through the perforated pipe with the load of 8 cm/d. The biological island grid uses bamboo as the carrier planted with Typha latifolia. The elastic filler with high intensity and corrosion resistance is hanged at the bottom. The operation results for 8 months show that the biological island grid performs better than the biological floating island for the enhancement of microbial function. The removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen, TN and TP are 34% , 50% , 58% and 36% respectively. The effluent quality basically meets the class III criteria for surface water. It is concluded that the biological island grid is feasible to treat the polluted river water in the East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
