摘  要:分别采用工业园区污水处理厂、城市污水处理厂、实验室好氧颗粒污泥反应器中洗出的絮状污泥作为接种污泥,考察了接种污泥类型对好氧颗粒污泥形成的影响。经历50 d后,均成功培养出好氧颗粒污泥,SVI值分别可达43、48、46 mL/g,平均粒径分别为0.43、0.42、0.40 mm。试验还发现:工业园区污水处理厂的污泥含有大量无机或惰性载体等微粒物质,可加速好氧颗粒污泥的形成;颗粒污泥的形成过程不符合经典的"丝状菌骨架假说",即丝状菌不是形成好氧颗粒污泥的必要条件。In order to investigate the effect of different seed sludge on the aerobic sludge granulation, three kinds of floc sludge which were taken from industrial park sewage treatment plant, urban sewage treatment plant and laboratory aerobic granular sludge reactor were used as seed sludge in three reactors. After 50 days of incubation, aerobic granular sludge was successfully cultured in all of the three reactors, SVI values are up to 43 mL/g, 48 mL/g and 46 mL/g, and the average particle diameters are 0.43 mm, 0.42 mm and 0.40 mm, respectively. The results also show that the sludge from industrial park sewage treatment plant contains a large number of paniculate matters such as inorganic or inert carriers, which can accelerate the formation of aerobic granular sludge. During the formation of granular sludge, there is no classic "filamentous framework hypothesis", which indicates that filamentous bacteria are not the necessary condition for the formation of granular sludge.
