摘 要:针对青藏铁路建设中多年冻土区车站给排水系统的设置形式及给排水管路防冻融工程要求,进行了现场试验。结果表明,浅埋管道敷设方式在供水安全性及节省能耗方面均明显优于架空管道敷设方式;采用半柔性管材及粗颗粒化管基可以保证浅埋管道地基的稳定性;采用聚酚醛保温、伴热电缆加热、自动放空等多种措施组合可以防止浅埋管道的冻结;同时,采用自动控制系统可以保证给排水系统在无人值守的情况下正常运行。历时3年的实际工程运行效果证明,上述措施是可行的。A field test was conducted to meet the requirements for setting forms of water supply and drainage systems of stations during the construction of the Qinghai - Tibet Railway in permafrost regions and the anti-freezing-thawing of pipes. The results show that the shallow pipe laying method is sig- nificantly better than overhead pipe laying method in water security and saving energy consumption. Using semi-flexible pipe and coarse gravel pipe bed can guarantee the stability of the shallow pipe founda- tion. The combination of some measures such as phenolic foam insulation, heat tracing cable heating, automatic venting and so on can prevent the freezing in shallowly buried pipe. At the same time, using automatic control system can ensure the normal operation of water supply and drainage system in the unattended case. The 3-year operation of the actual project shows that the above-mentioned measures are feasible.
