摘 要:采用新型絮凝剂APAC处理含Cr(Ⅵ)的模拟废水,考察了各因素对Cr(Ⅵ)及浊度去除效果的影响。结果表明:该絮凝剂对Cr(Ⅵ)有很好的去除能力,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率最高可达92.65%;废水的pH越高,对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率越大;APAC中的凹凸棒组分对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除起主要作用;当APAC的盐基度为80%、投量为32mg/L、废水的pH值为7—12时,对Cr(Ⅵ)和浊度的去除效果较佳。APAC絮凝剂对Cr(Ⅵ)的良好去除效果为含铬废水的处理提供了一条新思路。A new flocculant APAC was used to treat the simulated wastewater which contains Cr( VI ), and the effect of different factors on removal of Cr( VI ) and turbidity was investigated. The ex- perimental results show that APAC has strong removal capability of Cr( VI ), and the highest removal rate of Cr( VI ) is 92.65%. The higher the pH value is, the higher the removal rate of Cr( VI ) is. The attapulgite in APAC plays the main role in the removal of Cr( VI ). The removal efficiencies of Cr( VI ) and turbidity are best when the dosage is 32 mg/L, the pH value is 7 to 12, and the basicity is 80%. It is concluded that APAC can be applied to Cr( VI ) -containing wastewater treatment.
