摘  要:采用三级厌氧/好氧一体式折流板生物反应器处理马铃薯淀粉废水,并在好氧室添加多孔炉渣作为填料,考察了该工艺的处理效能。结果表明,在运行温度为25~35℃、pH值为5.0~8.5的条件下,当废水的COD为1400~3000mg/L、氨氮为15.0~24.0mg/L时,系统的出水COD≤200mg/L、氨氮为10.8mg/L,对COD和氨氮的去除率分别为(90%~96%)、(42.7%-53.0%);多孔炉渣填料的投加可提高好氧室的处理效果。The three-stage anaerobic/aerobic integrated baffled bioreactor was used for treating potato starch wastewater, and the treatment efficiency of this process was investigated using porous slags as carriers filled in aerobic pond. The results indicate that under the operation temperature of 25 to 35 ℃ and pH of 5.0 to 8.5, the COD and NH3 - N concentrations in the effluent are equal to or less than 200 mg/L and about 10.8 mg/L when the COD and NH3 - N concentrations in the influent are 1 400 to 3 000 mg/L and 15.0 to 24.0 mg/L respectively. The removal rates of COD and NH3 - N are 90% to 96% and 42.7% to 53.0% respectively. The treatment efficiency of the aerobic pond is improved by adding the porous slag carriers.
