摘　　要：目的:建立并完善我院处方点评制度,提高处方质量。方法:贯彻落实《处方管理办法》,建立处方点评的相关组织机构,通过法律法规的教育以及制定《药品处方集》等方法相配合,对处方进行抽查和规范化点评,同时通过行政干预及质量监督措施推进处方点评工作的顺利开展。结果:进行点评后处方合格率由之前的85%提高到98%,并在各项检查中得到较好的评价。结论:通过处方规范性点评工作的开展,处方开具日益规范,处方合格率明显提高,但仍然存在医师认识不够、药师专业水平需提高等方面的问题,需借助推进医生工作站建设和加强处方合理性点评等来促进处方点评工作的完善。OBJECTIVE：To establish and improve prescription comment system in our hospital,and to improve the quality of prescription.METHODS：Prescription Management was implemented and the relevant organizations were set up.The spot check and standardization of prescriptions were conducted by means of law and regulation teaching and setting Prescription Collection.Administration intervention and quality monitoring measures were carried out to promote the development of prescription comment.RESULTS：The qualified rate of prescriptions increased from 85% to 98% after the implementation of prescription comment.It achieved satisfactory effect.CONCLUSIONS：By developing prescription standardization comment,the prescriptions become more standard and reasonable and passing rate of prescription has been improved.But there were still some problems,such as the doctors and pharmacists＇ lack of professional knowledge.The doctors＇ workstation and prescription reasonability comment should be enhanced to promote prescription comment.
