摘　　要：影响电阻点焊质量和生产效率的主要原因是电极的材料和结构形态。详细地介绍了焊接新型镀锌钢板、铝合金板、不锈钢件时提高电极使用寿命的措施。The main reason which effect the quality of resistance spot welding and production efficiency is electrode material and structure form.Detailedly introduces the measurement of improve the operation life of electrode during new type galvanized steel plate,aluminium alloy plate,stainless steel parts welding.
