张家界旅游业发展、区域经济增长及产业结构升级

摘　　要：文章设计了旅游经济增长弹性系数、地位指数和产业结构升级系数3个指标,依据1990～2007年张家界有关统计资料,揭示旅游业发展在张家界国民经济中地位的变化,以及带动区域产业结构高级化的演进轨迹及特征。在定量测算张家界产业结构升级系数的基础上,分析了产业结构升级系数与人均GDP增长率的关系,揭示了旅游开发从先富区到又能富民的过程。本项研究为张家界市和同类地区经济发展和产业结构优化升级提供了科学依据。The paper designs three indexes of tourist economic growth elasticity coefficient,position coefficient and upgrading of industrial structure coefficient in accordance with Zhangjiajie’s statistical data between 1990 and 2007,which reveals the change of the position of tourism development in Zhangjiajie’s national economy and characteristics of bringing along higher evolutionary track of its regional industrial structure.Based on the quantitative calculation of Zhangjiajie ’s upgrading of industrial structure coefficient and the analysis of the relationship between the upgrading coefficient’and per capita GDP growth rate,the paper reveals the process of earlier affluent areas to rich people from tourism development.The study provides scientific basis for economic development and optimization of industrial structure in Zhangjiajie and similar areas.
