摘　　要：目的:了解腹腔镜手术围手术期患者的不适表现及影响因素。方法:用问卷方式调查了50例腹腔术后患者,了解围术期存在的不适症状与影响因素(手术麻醉相关因素、禁食相关因素)。结果:腹腔镜手术患者围术期存在的中到重度以上主要不适情况发生:腹部疼痛(74%)、咽喉部疼痛不适(52%)、尿潴留(30%)、腰背酸痛(50%)、术后饥饿(40%)和口渴(76%),其中咽喉部疼痛不适与手术时间存在正相关,r=0.78,P<0.05。结论:围手术期各项不适中,除与手术创伤相关的腹部疼痛不能用护理手段干预外,咽喉部疼痛不适、肩背酸痛、饥饿和口渴等不适可通过改进术后护理方法和手段,加强康复指导等措施,减轻病人的症状。Objective To observe the discomforts of perioperative patients with laparoscopic surgery and the influencing factors.Methods 50 patients with post laparoscopic surgery were surveyed about the perioperative uncomfortable symptoms and the influeneing factors using a questionnaire.The risk factors were summarized as anesthesia-related factors and fasting-related factors.Results The perioperative patients with laparoscopic surgery complained the symptoms as following： abdominal pain（74%）,pharyngolaryngeal pain or discomfort（52%）,urinary retains（30%）,lower back pain（50%）,hunger（40%） and thirsty （76%）,and the throat pain have a positive relationship with operative time（r = 0.78,P 0.05）.Conclusion Except for the abdominal pain resulted from surgical trauma,the perioperative period discomforts,such as pharyngolaryngeal pain,shoulder and back pain,hunger and thirst,could be alleviated through improving the methods of nursing intervention and strengthening the rehabilitation guidance.
