配伍对黄连解毒汤及其拆方HPLC-DAD指纹图谱的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同配伍对黄连解毒汤及其拆方中主要特征指纹峰的影响。方法:采用HPLC方法分析全方及不同拆方样品,色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%冰乙酸为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1);柱温:40℃;UV检测波长:260 nm。结果:全方煎剂的特征指纹峰基本为各药味特征峰的加和,不同配伍对黄连解毒汤中主要特征峰有不同影响,但未产生明显的新特征峰。结论:本研究为黄连解毒汤的配伍规律及物质基础研究提供了一定参考。Objective： To study the influence of various compatibilities on fingerprint chromatogram of huanglian j iedu decoction （HLJDD） and its disassembled prescription. Method： Each sample was separated on a Diamonsil-C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile and water containing 0. 1% glacial acetic acid as mobile phases in a gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min-1 the column temperature was 40 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Result： The characteristic peaks were the summa- tion. Various influence on characteristic peaks were found in various compatibilities of the decoctions, but there was no new characteristic peaks. Conclusion： A reference for the study of rules of the compatibility and material base of HLJDD is provided.
