健脾渗湿汤对晚期大肠癌患者肠道微生态的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究中药健脾渗湿汤对晚期大肠癌化疗患者肠道微生态的影响及临床泄泻治疗作用。方法:60例晚期大肠癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,采用健脾渗湿汤联合化疗,化疗方案采用FOLFOX 4方案;对照组30例,单纯化疗,方案同治疗组。4周期后,观察临床泄泻疗效;治疗前后粪便菌培养,对比肠道常驻菌(肠杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)指标的变化。并分别观察两组患者治疗前后karnofsky(KPS)评分,食欲及体重方面的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.7%和63.3%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组双歧杆菌及乳杆菌明显增多(P<0.01)。两组患者在karnofsky评分,食欲及体重方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾渗湿汤具有调整肠道菌群的作用,联合化疗治疗大肠癌脾虚湿盛泄泻疗效显著,可提高患者生活质量。Objective： To observe the effect on intestinal flora and the clinlic therapeutic efficacy of Jianpishenshi decoction combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Method： Sixty patients with advanced eoloreetal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 30 patients were treated with Jianpishenshi decoction and chemotherapy. The control group with 30 patients were treated with chemotherapy only. The two group were both given FOLFOX4 regiment treatment. The elinlie therapeutic efficacy and the change on intestinal permanent flora （Enterobaeteria, Enterecoccus, Bifidobaeterirm and Lactobacillea） and karnofsky （KPS）,weight and appetite were observed. The following data were measured before and after chemotherapy given four courses. Result： Comparison of the two groups,the difference of elinlic therapeutic efficacy between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group, both Bacillus bifidus and Bacterium lacticum eotmts of the treatment group patients were apparently increased after chemotherapy （P 〈0. 01 ）. There were signifieants in KPS ,weight and appetite of the two groups （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Jianpishengshi decoction can adjust nomal in- testinal flora and improve life quality indeed which is valid to patients with advanced eolorectal cancer.
