摘　　要：目的探讨阿维菌素（AVM）对生产工人的血化清生指标的影响,为今后职业卫生相关问题的研究积累资料和提供依据。方法以53名阿维菌素生产人员和29名非作业人员为研究对象,采集空腹静脉血,分别测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）等6项生化指标,同时测定生产环境阿维菌素浓度。结果接触组白蛋白（ALB）均值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在AVM浓度为61.35-154.64 ug/m3的环境中,平均暴露2-3年,对血清生化指标有轻微影响,可见白蛋白降低。Objective To explore the effect of Avermectine（AVM）on the serum biochemical indicators among producers and provide evidences for the occupational health research.Method 53 avermectine exposed workers and 29 non exposed workers were chosen as subjects.The vein blood under the limosis condition was collected and 6 serum biochemical indicators such as alanine transaminase（ALT） were examined.Meanwhile,the concentrations of AVM in the factory environments were determined.Results The average value of albumin（ALB） in case group were lower than that in control group.Conclusions Exposed the condition under 61.35~154.64 ug/m3 of AVM for 2 to 3 years,could casue the change of serum biochemical indicators,such as decreasing of ALB.
