安康市人群艾滋病知识知晓率调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解安康市人群艾滋病知识知晓率,为今后评价艾滋病干预措施效果,提供基础性数据和背景资料。方法采用等容量分层整群单纯和机械抽样相结合的方法 ,在知情同意的情况下,由接受过培训的调查人员采用入户面对面询问式调查方法进行调查。结果安康市人群艾滋病知识平均知晓率仅为39.26%,人群中61.1%允许艾滋病感染者和病人继续工作和学习,63.4%愿意同艾滋病感染者和病人继续交往。结论安康市人群艾滋病知识知晓率仍较低,而人群对艾滋病感染者和患者的偏见存在偏见,提示我们在工作中,加强宣传、普及艾滋病知识,消除社会公众对艾滋病的恐惧,消除他们对艾滋病感染者和患者的偏见。Objective It can provide fundamental data and background information for evaluating the effectiveness of intervention measures in the future to understand the general knowledge rate of HIV in Ankang.Method Adopt the methods of combination on Equivalent stratified cluster sample and mechanical sample.The trained surveyors will interview the respondents after gained their consent.Results The average rate of right answers in terms of HIV knowledge among Ankang is only 39.26%.61.1% of the respondents permit the patients with AIDS to continue to work and study;63.4% of them would like to be friends with the patients.Conclusions The general knowledge rate of AIDS in Ankang is still relatively low and a lot of people have bias on the patients with HIV.We need to strengthen the propaganda and popularize the knowledge of HIV,try to eliminate fear of AIDS in public and reduce the prejudice on the patience.
