麻疹抗体水平综合监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解实施扩大儿童免疫规划所用麻腮风联合疫苗的免疫效果,以及了解正常人群麻疹抗体水平,为完善消除麻疹策略提供依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果 57名18-24月龄儿童在麻腮风联合疫苗免疫前麻疹抗体几何平均浓度（Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC）为3 308.55毫国际单位/毫升（mIU/mL）,免疫后为9 752.15mIU/mL;人群总体麻疹抗体阳性率为93.69%,抗体水平为1585.25 mIU/mL;比较不同年龄组之间麻疹抗体阳性率和抗体水平,差异均有统计学意义;0岁组阳性率和抗体水平均为最低。结论麻腮风联合疫苗的复种是有意义的,它能大幅提高麻疹抗体水平;要提高麻疹疫苗及时接种率以提高0岁组抗体水平;要通过提高人群麻疹疫苗接种率来提高整个人群的麻疹抗体阳性率。通过这些措施,形成整个人群免疫屏障,减少麻疹发病。Objective To understand the immune effect of Meales-Mumps-Rubella Vaccine after expanding children immunization programme,and study on the measles antibody levels of normal individuals to provide basis for strategies to eliminate measles.Method Detected the IgG antibody of measles by enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay.Results The geometric mean concentration（Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC） was 3 308.55 mIU / mL（mIU / mL） before Meales-Mumps-Rubella Vaccine immunization in 57 children at the age of 18 to 24 months old,and 9 752.15 mIU/mL after immunization.The positive rate of measles antibodies in general population was 93.69% and antibody level was 1585.25 mIU / mL;Conclusions positive rate of measles antibody and antibody levels among different age groups,there were significant statistical difference and the positive rate of measles antibody and antibody levels were lowest at 0-year-old group.Conclusion Vaccinated against Meales-Mumps-Rubella is meaningful,it can increase the level of measles antibody substantially.We need to improve the coverage rates of measles vaccine timely to enhance the antibodies levels of 0-year-old group;We should improve the coverage rates of measles vaccination in general population to increase the positive rate of measles antibodies.Through these measures,we can construct a immuno-barrier in general population and reduce the measles incidence.
