摘 要:目的:建立柱前衍生化气相色谱法测定伏格列波糖片剂含量。方法:以l-甲基咪唑为催化剂,伏格列波糖与乙酸酐进行乙酰化反应,正三十二烷为内标,衍生产物用气相色谱测定;以高纯氮为载气,HP-5毛细管色谱柱,柱温270℃,氢火焰检测器。结果:伏格列波糖浓度在50~500μg·mL-1范围内线性关系较好(r=0.9981),平均回收率99.3%,同时应用GC-MS和IR对其衍生产物进行结构初步确定。结论:本法较为简便、准确、灵敏。Objective: A GC method with precolumn derivatization has been developed for determination of Contents in Voglibose Tablets. Method: 1-methylimidazole was used as catalys, acetic anhydride were used as derivatization reagent, n-Dotriacontane Dicetyl were used as internal standard. The products of the derivation were separated effectively by gas chromatography with HP-5 capillary column at 270 %, and FID was used as detector. Results : Voglibose is linear at the concentration range of 50 - 500μg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 998 1 ) ,The average recovery rate was 99. 3%. The structure was identified by GC-MS and IR. Conclusion: The method is sample,accurate and sensitive.
