摘　　要：目的:建立解毒维康片中靛蓝的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(70∶30),检测波长:285nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温40℃。结果:靛蓝在0.0546～0.273μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),加样回收率99.38%,RSD为2.12%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、重现性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制解毒维康片制剂的质量。Objective： To establish an accurate method for the determination of Indigotin in Jiedu Weikang Tablets. Methods： Diamonsil C18 （4. 6 mm ×250 mm , 5 μm）column in an oven at 40 ℃ was need, with a mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0. 1% phosphoric acid （70： 30） and a UV detector at the wave length of 285 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1. Results： The linear ranges of Indigotin was 0. 0546 -0. 273 μg. The average recovery was 99.38% and RSD was 2. 12% （n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Jiedu Weikang Tablets.
