摘　　要：目的:建立一种简便快速的高效液相色谱法测定感冒灵颗粒中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法:采用Venusil MP-C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长249nm,柱温20℃。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0.3998～3.5982μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率99.1%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:该方法操作简便,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可更好地控制本品的质量。An HPLC method for determination of Paracetamol in Ganmaoling Granules was established. The HPLC system consisted of Venusil MP-C18 column, methanol-water （25： 75） mixture as a mobile phase, detecting wavelength at 249 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1 and column temperature was 20 ℃. The liner rang was O. 399 8-3. 598 2 μg（ r =0. 999 9 ）. The average recoverage was 99. 1% with RSD 1.2%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the quality control of Ganmaoling Granules.
