摘　　要：计算机犯罪案件由于其有极强的隐蔽性、犯罪的超时空性、犯罪低成本性、犯罪形式多样化、不易防范性等特征,加之我国现今对该项犯罪的监管力度和法律约束相对滞后等原因,该类案件往往发案概率高、涉及范围广、破坏性极强。故而,急需从计算机犯罪的特点入手,剖析该类特殊犯罪的特点并研究与之相应的侦查措施与相关技术。Computer crime case has the following characteristics： severe concealment, going beyond space-time of Crime, low cost of crime, variety of crime, being uopreventive and etc. What＇ s more, for the reason of backward supervision and legal restriction, this kind of case has higher occurrence probability, anti its involved range is wide and destruction is severe. So it is urgent to analyze the characteristics of the special crime and study related investigation measures and corresponding technology from the characteristics of computer crime case .
