摘　　要：基因科技发展对生命健康权、隐私权、环境权与发展权等人权保护都已产生了正负两方面的影响。这种双重影响的原因是多种的,包括基因技术的安全性、研究者的科研自由、基因技术引发的平等主体间的权利冲突、基因技术引发的私人权利和公共利益的冲突等等。因此,我们需要对基因技术进行法律调整以促进其良性发展。The development of gene technology has brought positive and negative effects to the protection of human rights, such as the right of life and health, the right of privacy as well as environmental rights and the right of development. There are a variety of reasons of the dual impacts, including the security of gene. teehnology, the freedom of scientific research for researchers, the conflict between the equal rights as well as the conflict between private rights and public interests triggered by gene technology; We need the legal regulation in order to promote the healthy development of gene technology.
