摘　　要：根据黑龙江省非物质体育文化遗产在保护与传承中面临多元困境的现实背景,应从政府、高校、学术研究、信息数字化、社区居民、经济秩序、法律规范、项目规则、人力资源、省地市级博物馆10个方面来构建保护与传承策略,降低少数民族体育文化遗产的生存风险,为更好地保护与传承黑龙江省非物质体育文化遗产提供科学可行的参考。Heilongjiang Province under the protection of intangible cultural heritage,sports and diverse heritage in the face with the reality of the plight of the background.It should from government,universities,academic research,digital information,community residents,economic order,legal norms,project rules,human resources,land provincial or city level in 10 areas to build the museum and heritage conservation strategy.Reduce the survival of the cultural heritage of minority sports risks.Intended to better protect and intangible heritage of Heilongjiang Province,to provide sports science and practical reference for cultural heritage.
