摘　　要：阐述了锅炉炉顶各组成部件因热膨胀与相对位移所带来的炉顶密封问题,从密封材料选型与密封工艺两方面入手采取了改进措施,解决了炉顶的裂缝、冒口、漏灰(烟)等问题,提高了锅炉的保温密封性能。This thesis expounds furnace top sealing issues caused by thermal expansion and relative displacement of furnace top components.Starting from sealing material selection and sealing technology two aspect,it takes improving measures to solve problems such as furnace roof cracks,riser,ash（smoke） leakage,etc.As a matter of fact,it finally improves heat preservation and sealing performance of boilers.
