摘　　要：简要介绍了代建制的背景及概念,结合工作实践,针对天津市的代建制现状进行了分析,探讨了代建模式与工程项目管理的区别,代建单位的地位、取费及代建单位的选择,代建合同等内容,指出代建制对提高投资效益和管理水平具有积极意义。With a brief description on the background and concept of acting building system,integrating with working practice,this paper analyzes the status of acting building system in Tianjin city,discusses the differences of acting building model and engineering project management,the position of acting building units,fares and acting building units selection,acting building contract and so on,and finally points out the positive significance of acting building system for improving investment benefit and management level.
