摘　　要：结合周口市中心医院门诊楼的设计,通过对城区紧张用地下的医院改扩建项目的探讨,提出了如何合理利用既有资源对院区二次整合规划,提升医院形象,提高医院效率,改善医疗环境的设计方法,对同类工程具有一定指导意义。Combining with the design of outpatient building of Central hospital in Zhoukou city, through exploring hospital reconstruction and ex- panding engineering under urban land decreasing, this paper puts forward how to reasonably use existing resources, carry on overall layout for the hospital, improve hospital image, enhance hospital efficiency and improve medical environment, which has certain guiding significance for similar engineering.
