摘　　要：基于大连地区气象数据,总结了影响居住建筑能耗的7个主要建筑设计参数,并根据正交试验和DeST模拟的方式,研究各个设计参数对建筑能耗的影响。通过对试验结果的方差分析,对所有显著性较高的因素进行了分类,第一类因素中外窗、外墙及屋面等对建筑能耗的影响尤其突出,它们在节能设计或节能改造阶段应作为首要考虑的部位。通过对试验结果的回归分析,提出了适合大连地区建筑能耗计算的简便计算方法。Based on meteorological data in Dalian,seven major construction design parameters which relate to the building energy con-sumption are summarized,and the various design parameters affected building energy consumption are studied through the orthogonal experi-ment and DeST.Following analysis of variance,all factors which have significantly higher level are classified,and the factors in first group,such as external window,external walls,roof and so on,which related to building energy consumption are particularly notable as the first pri-ority in building energy-saving design.Finally,a simple model for the calculation of building energy consumption was obtained by regression analysis.
