摘 要:目的探讨双侧锁骨骨折的配型及发生机制。方法将本院收集以及文献报道的25例病例按照Allman分类法分型后,对双侧合并类型进行分类,按锁骨骨折发生过程分析其发生机制。结果所收集的50侧骨折中Ⅰ型占54%,Ⅱ型占42%,Ⅲ型占4%;25例病例中Ⅰ型合并Ⅰ型占44%,Ⅰ型合并Ⅱ型占20%,Ⅱ型合并Ⅱ型占32%,Ⅲ型合并Ⅲ型占4%,未见Ⅰ型或者Ⅱ型合并Ⅲ型的病例。结论所收集的50侧各型骨折所占比例与流行病学调查的趋势相同;双侧锁骨的受伤机制是同时或者先后受到高能量暴力的直接或者间接作用。Objective To study the cases from our hospital and relevant literature in order to provide the match types and mechanisms of the bilateral fracture of the clavicles. Methods The 50 sides fractures of the clavicles(25 cases) were classified in three groups according to the Allman system. Then calculate the incidences of match types of the bilateral fractures of the clavicles. Research the mechanisms of the bilateral fractures of the clavicles by the generating process. Results In 50 sides fractures, the incidence of group Ⅰ was 54%, group Ⅱ was 42%, group Ⅲ was 4%. In 25 cases, the match type incidence of Ⅰ with Ⅰ was 44%, Ⅰ with Ⅱwas 20%, Ⅱ with Ⅱ was 32%, Ⅲ with Ⅲ was 4%, Ⅰ with m and Ⅱ with m were unfound. Conclusion The mechanism of the bilateral fracture of the clavicles was that bilateral clavicles were stressed by the direction or indirection of force in the same time or in sequence.
