摘　　要：研究了水面舰艇防空作战威胁评估问题。介绍了广义混合算子变权函数的概念与性质;然后依据韦伯-费希纳感知定律建立了水面舰艇防空作战威胁评估模型属性权重产生函数,以此为基础建立了基于属性重要程度的水面舰艇防空作战威胁评估变权模型;通过一个实例对模型进行了检验。The aim of this paper is research on the model for the threat evaluation of surface ship air defense operation.The generalized mixture operators based weighting function is introduced,based on the weber-fechner law,the weight generating functions for threat valuation attributes are formulated.Furthermore,the importance degree based threat evaluation weighting model for the surface ship air defense operation is developed.The model proposed in this paper is illustrated with a practical example also.
