摘  要:以一工作水深为320 m的转塔式浮式生产存储系统(FPSO)为例,研究了多成分系泊缆索静力特性计算方法。基本思路是,首先基于一维优化思想(本文选取黄金分割法和悬链线方程方法)计算出每种类型锚泊线的水平张力TH-水平跨距X曲线,以离散点的形式给出;然后依次给出上端系缆点水平移动距离,相应计算每根锚泊线新的水平跨距;再根据这些新的水平跨距在对应的TH-X曲线中插值求出此时的每根锚泊线水平张力,将其向X轴正方向投影,合成后即得上端系缆点移动后的系泊系统X方向水平恢复力。对垂直方向的恢复力和单根缆索张力计算的方法与此类似。相应计算结果与Dynfloat软件结果吻合得很好。本文方法简单直观,容易理解,并且省时,通常完成1次计算所需时间小于1 s,特别适合于需要多次迭代计算复杂系泊系统静力特性的等效水深截断系统优化设计。In this paper,a turret moored FPSO in water depth of 320 m is selected to investigate the computation method of static characteristics of multi-component mooring line.The basic idea can be described as follows.Firstly,based on the one-dimensional optimization thinking,namely the golden-section method in this paper,and the catenary equation method,the curve of horizontal tension TH-horizontal span X of a single mooring line of every type of cable is calculated and the results are expressed in discrete points.Secondly,the horizontal transfer distance of the top point is presented in turn to calculate the corresponding new horizontal span of every mooring line.Thirdly,through numerical interpolation in the corresponding TH-X curve according to the new horizontal span,the horizontal tension of every mooring line can be calculated.Fourthly,to project TH at direction of X and to integrate it as total,the horizontal restoring force on the top point at direction X of the mooring system can be get.The calculation of the vertical restoring force as well as the top point tension of single mooring line is similar to that mentioned above.The results are compared with those from Dynfloat and the agreement is very good.The method presented in this paper is simple and intuitive,easy to understand,and very short time-consuming.Usually the time required to complete a time of calculation is less than 1 second.It can be concluded that the method in this paper is particularly suitable for the equivalent water-depth truncated mooring system optimization design which requires many iterations of computing the static characteristics of complex mooring systems.
