摘　　要：采用频次分布测定法和扩散系数C、聚集度指标I和LIP、扩散型指数Iδ以及Iwao的回归分析,Taylor's幂的法则和种群群聚均数λ等聚集度指数．研究了杨树冰核细菌溃疡病株的空间分布格局。结果表明,其分布格局以聚集分布为主,在林间存在明显的发病中心,并随病菌的扩散、病害密度的增长,其分布型也由聚集逐渐趋于随机和均匀分布。同时探讨了空间分布型在资料代换、抽样设计和病害防治中的应用。According to testing frequency distribution and patchiness indices such as C, I, LIP, Iδ,λetc., the spatial distribution pattern of ice nucleation bacteria canker of poplar was mainly aggregation distribution when the density of diseased trees was lower,and gradually transformed into random and uniform patterns with the increase of the density. This disease gradually spreaded by the focus of infection in stands. The application of spatial pattern to data transfer,sampling design and integrated control was discussed.
