摘  要:为了解聚-(羟乙基)-DL-天冬酰胺(1)和聚-(羟丙基)-DL-天冬酰胺(2)在体内的变化过程及对肝肾的影响,将1和2压制成棒,埋于小鼠皮下,分别于d5、10、15、20取埋植部位、肝、肾组织作组织切片,取血检测丙氨酸转氨酶、肌酐。结果显示:1和2均有溶胀分解现象,经历了从固态到胶状再到细小颗粒的变化过程。两者被吸收后,可引起肝脏小血管周围的轻度炎症反应,肾小管内出现小量管型。The degradation process of poly α,β [ N (hydroxyethyl)] DL asparamide (1) and poly α,β (hydroxypropyl) DL asparamide (2) in liver and kidney after subcutaneous implantation in mice was investigated. The histopathological changes of implantation site, liver and kidney were observed. The ALT and Cr values were estimated. The results showed that the 1 and 2 changed in the similar way in mice, from solid state to colloidal state, and then forming many small particles. There was a slight inflammation around the small blood vessels of liver. The casts were found in some renal tubules. The functions of liver and kidney were normal.
