湖南口岸38172名出入境人员艾滋病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖南口岸艾滋病感染在人群中的分布情况,为加强重点人群的防制提供信息。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验做初筛检测,阳性者用明胶颗粒凝集法（PA）、蛋白印迹法（WB）做确认。结果共检出22例HIV抗体阳性者,检出率为0.58‰。20-50岁占阳性者90.90%;男性阳性者显著高于女性;从职业上看,出国劳务人员11例,占阳性者的50%,来华从事娱乐业的外籍人员4例,占阳性者的18.18%;从国籍上看,中国籍14例,非洲国家6例,澳大利亚籍1例,俄罗斯籍1例。结论出国劳务人员和来华外籍人员是出入境人员中的高危重点监测人群。Objective To provide references for strengthening prevention and control measures for people with high infection risks through studying the distribution of AIDS infections among international travelers at Hunan Port.Methods E-Y Determine-HIV1-2 ELISA was employed for initial screening test,Pa（Pellet）、WB（Westerm Blot） were employed for further confirmation of positive samples.Results 22 cases have the HIV antibody,with a detection rate of 0.58‰.People aged from 20 to 50 years old account for 90.90%of the positives,among which male positives are higher than females.According to occupation,there are 11 cases of outbound labors,accounting for 50% of the positives,4 cases of foreigners engaged in entertainment,accounting for 18.18%.According to nationality,there are 14 Chinese cases,6 African cases,1 Australian case and 1 Russian case.Conclusion The outbound labors and the foreigners are key monitoring crowd among entry-exit personnel.
