摘　　要：主要研究了第三方物流公司(3PL)和港口企业下属物流公司之间竞争和合作两种关系下的定价策略。首先,建立了竞争关系下的改进伯川德竞争模型和合作关系下的等价协商合作模型及差价补偿合作模型;然后对模型进行分析,得出每种关系下的最优定价策略;最后对模型进行对比讨论,得出服务可以替代情况下差价补偿合作机制优于等价协商合作和竞争机制的结论。This paper mainly studieds the pricing strategy under competitive and cooperative relationships between third party logistics companies（3PL in short） and logistics companies affiliated wiih port enterprises. First, we build improved competition model of Bertrand, and the consultation model with the equal price and the compensation model with different prices under cooperative relationship; then, by analyzing each model, we obtain the optimal pricing strategies under differ- ent relationships; finally, we discuss comparatively the three models, and find thai when the service can be substituted by each other, the compensation model with different prices is the best among the three models.
