摘　　要：创业型大学是大学社会使命变迁与大学自身发展逻辑相结合的必然产物,三螺旋理论为创业型大学的建设提供了坚实的理论基础。三螺旋理论下创业型大学的管理模式需要不断创新,包括创业型大学的目标定位及价值重构、组织结构优化与制度创新和管理机制创新;同时更加注重政府和企业等外部组织的介入,注重与政府、企业的战略性合作与联动,促进异质资源在大学、政府、企业之间的跨组织整合与流动,形成良好的外部互动机制。作为三螺旋之外的第四方,社会中介组织可能作为第四螺旋起着越来越重要的作用。Entrepreneurial University is the inevitable combined product of the changes of university social mission and the development logic of university itself.The triple helix theory provides solid theoretical foundation for the entrepreneurial universities.Based on triple helix theory,the management model of entrepreneurial universities needs the continuous innovation,including the reconstruction of orientation and values of entrepreneurial universities,the optimization of organization structure,and the innovation of system and management mechanism.At the same time,more attention should be paid to the intervention of the governments and enterprises,to the strategic corporation and linkage with the government and enterprise to promote heterogeneous resources＇ reorganizing and removing among university,government and corporation.As the fourth power besides the triple helix,the intermediaries may play a more and more important role.
