尼古丁对小鼠应激性胃溃疡影响的研究

摘　　要：探讨尼古丁对小鼠应激性胃溃疡的影响。采用预先尼古丁处理后应激性胃溃疡造模法和先造模后尼古丁处理法,观察经腹腔注射生理盐水和1 mg/kg、3 mg/kg、9 mg/kg三种不同剂量的尼古丁对应激3 h后胃粘膜的预防保护作用及应激3 h后腹腔注射生理盐水和1 mg/kg3、mg/kg9、mg/kg三种不同剂量的尼古丁恢复2 h后对应激后胃粘膜的治愈作用。尼古丁对应激性胃溃疡的预防保护作用:与对照组相比,1 mg/kg尼古丁组溃疡指数降低,但无显著性差异;3 mg/kg尼古丁组胃溃疡指数显著降低(P<0.05);9 mg/kg尼古丁组胃溃疡指数显著增加。尼古丁对应激性胃溃疡的治疗作用:与对照组相比,尼古丁处理组胃溃疡指数显著降低。说明在一定浓度范围内,急性尼古丁处理能明显抑制束缚应激诱发的胃粘膜损伤,促进胃粘膜损伤的修复和治愈作用。To explore effects of nicotine on gastric ulcer by stress in mice.There were two parts in experiments.（1）Protective role of nicotine in gastric ulcers（pretreated with nicotine before cold water-immersion restraint stress-induced gastric ulcer）：mice were randomly divided into four groups,control group injected with saline,1 mg/kg nicotine group,3 mg/kg nicotine group and 9 mg/kg nicotine group.The ulceration index was calculated after stress-induced gastric ulcer.（2）Therapeutic role of nicotine in gastric ulcers：different groups of mice were injected with saline（controls）、1 mg/kg、3 mg/kg and 9 mg/kg nicotine after stress-induced gastric ulcer.Ulceration index was measured after nicotine injected.Results showed that（1）The preventive effect of nicotine on stress gastric ulcers： compared with the control group,the ulceration indexes in the 3 mg/kg nicotine group was remarkably decreased,but the ulceration indexes in the 9 mg/kg nicotine group was remarkably increased.There were no significant differences between 1mg/kg nicotine group and the control group.（2）The therapeutic effect of nicotine on stress gastric ulcers： the ulceration indexes in the nicotine injected groups（1 mg/kg、3 mg/kg、9 mg/kg） were all obviously decreased.In certain concentration range,acute nicotine treatment significantly inhibites the cold water-immersion restraint stress-induced gastric mucosa damage and promote repair of gastric mucosa damage.
