摘  要:从流变学角度对临床应用治疗脊柱骨折脱位的二种固定器进行定量分析,为临床提供流变学参数。模拟腰段骨折脱位分别以钢板、椎弓根钉固定,分别进行应力松驰和蠕变实验。得出了二组标本蠕变数据,还得出了二组标本归一化应力松驰函数,归一化蠕变函数数据和曲线,建立了归一化应力松驰函数方程和归一化蠕变函数方程。椎弓根钉组7 200 s蠕变量大于钢板组,但差异并不显著,P>0.05。To analysis quantitatively the two fixed-equipments to fix the spinal fracture and dislocation,which are applied in the clinic and provide rheological parameters for the clinic treatment.Simulation thoracolumbar fracture was simulated and dislocation was fixed by plate and pedicle screw respectively,the relaxation and stress creep experiment were done respectively.We got the load-displacement data of relaxation and stress creep of the two group of samples,also got the function of normalization of stress relaxation,function creep data and curves of normalization and establish function equation of normalization of stress relaxation and function creep equation of normalization of the two group of samples.It proves that the difference of stress relaxation and creep are not significant between the pedicle screw group and the steel plate group,the stress relaxation and creep of the pedicle screw group are more than that of the steel plate group,but not significant(P0.05).
