摘　　要：中国经济的高速增长形成了两股经济潮流:城镇化浪潮和旅游热潮,催生了旅游城镇的诞生,这是当今中国的一件重大经济事件。旅游城镇将成为中国城镇化和旅游业的主导形式之一。旅游城镇不只是一个务虚的概念,它需要一定"资源基础、产业规模和社会影响力",才能成为旅游城镇。旅游与城镇之所以能够联姻,是因为二者具有"统一性、矛盾性和矛盾统一性"哲学渊源,处理好这三大关系对把握旅游城镇的主要矛盾和运行规律有着重要的价值。Along with the high speed development of Chinese economy,two economic tides come into being：one is urbanization,the other is tourism.It is a big economic event in China today,and it will become the leading form of Chinese urbanization and tourism.Tourism town is not just a conception without contents;it must be based on some tourism resources,industry scale and social affection.Tourism and town can get together,just because there are based on the same philosophy origin：unity,contradiction,both unity and contradiction.Coping with those relations will benefit us to grasp the main contradiction and know about the rules of the development of tourism town.
