摘　　要：文章首先分析工商管理类应用型人才培养模式的必要性,其次结合研究现状梳理存在的主要问题,最后提出改进的具体措施。The article firstly analyzes the necessity of the cultivation mode of the practical talents for undergraduate students of business and administration class.Secondly,based on the current research,generalizes the main questions.Finally proposes measures for improvement.
